微软黑名单申诉说明

移除delist@messaging.microsoft.com邮件黑名单的方法

今天用公司的邮件服务器发送邮件给客户邮箱，发现被退信。提示如下：

<abc@abc.com>,remote server said: 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [...]blocked using Blocklist 1; To request removal from this list please forwardthis message to delist@messaging.microsoft.com

此封信的意思是你的IP地址在黑名单里面被拒绝了，要移除被阻挡的IP,请将此信转寄到 (blockedusing Blocklist 1; To request removal from this list please forward thismessage to delist@messaging.microsoft.com)

1.写邮件示范：

Please Help me out to solve the below issue.

2.将您的IP打上再寄出等候消息，一盘10分钟内会有邮件回传的，以下是收到的回传的信息，

Thank you for your delisting request SRX1162472521ID. Your ticket wasreceivedon (Sep 24 2011 02:08 AM) and will be responded to within 24 hours.
Our team will investigate the IP address that you have requested to beremovedfrom our blocklist. If for any reason we are not able to remove yourIPaddress, one of our technical support representatives will respond to youwithadditional information.

一般很快就会有收到自动回复邮件，让等候24小时以等待review结果；这一次是在24小时的时候发来邮件，说已经 reviewed and remove的，并提出警告和建议。

申诉过程：

1、打开http://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups输入服务器IP地址和验证码查询。

2、你可以看到“The ip address 12*...*** is listed as "poor" on the Barracuda Reputation System. To request removal, please click here.”点击“click here”。

3、在申请界面填写服务器IP地址、邮件地址（不要用gmail、hotmail、yahoo等免费邮箱）、电话以及申请移除原因。点击“Submit Request”。

4、申请成功，大约一小时后重新查询，看是否申请成功。

以上信息提示 如果这是你的第一次提交，你的IP地址就会在48之内升级为“正常”,即你提交的IP地址将会从 Barracuda 的黑名单数据库中取消掉,然后你再用客户端软件发送邮件,就可以成功了.
